Software Developer (Application Support Specialist)

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues, ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of applications while providing excellent customer support.

What you’ll do?

1. Providing software application support to clients.
2. Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
3. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
4. Perform troubleshooting and application maintenance.
5. Perform program code fixing.

What you’ll need?

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• Knowledge in Front-end (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Reactive Framework & JSP) and knowledge in Back-end (Java (J2SE + J2EE), Servlets, Spring & Jasper);
• Good communication skills and can liaise and work with others;
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of programming logic and problem solving; and
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
