You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues, ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of applications while providing excellent customer support.
What you’ll do?
- Providing software application support to clients.
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
- Perform troubleshooting and application maintenance.
- Perform program code fixing.
What you’ll need?
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
- Knowledge in Front-end (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Reactive Framework & JSP) and knowledge in Back-end (Java (J2SE + J2EE), Servlets, Spring & Jasper);
- Good communication skills and can liaise and work with others;
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of programming logic and problem solving; and
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
