What You’ll Do:
- Data Wizardry: Work closely with our technical and consulting team to grasp business needs and reporting requirements. Utilize your expertise to convert these requirements into streamlined data models and take charge of leading the ETL processes between different systems and the Data Warehouse. Your mastery of data will be key to unlocking valuable insights for our organization.
- Performance Guru: Constantly review ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI structures, methods, and standards to ensure optimal performance, stability, and relevance in the ever-evolving market.
- Insightful Reporting: Design and develop captivating BI reports and interactive dashboards tailored to business requirements. Your work will be instrumental in providing our stakeholders with the insights they need for data-driven decision-making.
- Data Storyteller: Turn raw data into meaningful narratives by extracting, formatting, and effectively communicating insights for financial and operational reports. Your storytelling abilities will make complex data easily digestible for our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Be a valuable team player during project design and implementation, collaborating closely with our technical team to ensure seamless execution.
What You’ll Need:
- Academic: Possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technology or related field.
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence, showcasing your skill in data manipulation and analysis.
- Tech Savviness: Solid experience in MS SQL, Tableau, Power BI and AWS Glue and Redshift would be an advantage, demonstrating your ability to handle data visualization and reporting tools effectively.
- Cutting-Edge Skills: Experience in AWS data warehouse and data analytics services would be a significant plus, as we strive to stay at the forefront of the latest technological advancements.
- Retail Domain Knowledge: A background in the retail domain would be advantageous, providing you with a unique perspective on the industry’s specific challenges and opportunities.
