Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for human resource process to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
- Assist recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangement and etc.
- Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain proper filing of P-Files and employee records.
- Coordinate trainings and meetings.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR department.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in HR environment;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, good communication, good follow-through skills, well-organized and eager to learn attitude.
