What You’ll Do:

- Design and Innovate: As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, servers, OS, storage, and software to meet both our current and future needs. - Embrace the Cloud: Take the lead in the provisioning and administration of our cloud infrastructure, contributing to the scalability and efficiency of our IT systems. Experience with AWS cloud administration is an added advantage.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: You will closely monitor system and network performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations. Your contributions will enhance the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
- Database Expertise: Showcase your skills in planning and executing database upgrades, migrations, and modernizations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our data management practices.
- Collaborate and Build Relationships: Your role will involve liaising with vendors/customers on hardware, operating system, storage, and network setup, strengthening our partnerships and optimizing our technology stack.
- Make an Impact: Take the lead in the deployment of our company’s software products, ensuring our clients receive top-notch solutions to their IT needs.
- Documentation and Organization: Help maintain up-to-date records and documentation of hardware and software, making vital information easily accessible and contributing to our overall efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong Educational Background: Possess a Degree in Engineering, Technology in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, demonstrating your solid foundation in IT principles.
- Experience Matters: Preferably, you have 3 years’ experience in related fields, bringing valuable insights and expertise to our team.
- Diverse IT Knowledge: You possess comprehensive knowledge of databases, networks, hardware, system security, and system backup/recovery. Familiarity with AWS cloud administration is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
